Our
Clinic of Chinese Medicine is a place of proper healing and care.
Patients will come to a traditional atmosphere, away from the usual
clinical setting of western medicine. Well furnished for a home-like
experience, Jing Xin Yuan is not the typical Clinic of Chinese Medicine.
All Herbal Formulas are made specifically for each
individual's conditions and are not to be taken by any one else but the
patient. The herbs are in granule form, ground from its original root, stem and leaf form. Therefore its easier to take. Just add hot water. Instructions will be included.
There
is an intake form you must download, Intake Form,complete, and email with your
request for herbal prescriptions. All information is kept completely
confidential and will only be reviewed by the Herbalist at our clinic.
All documents are available for your own record keeping if you wish to
have them sent to you. Just ask.
Written Herbal prescription and
diagnosis costs $15.00, and herbal formulas filled cost a flat rate of
$30. Most shipping is $10 unless international .

All fees for diagnosis and written
herbal formulas to be made after your initial contact is made with the
Herbalist and your agreement for herbal treatment has been made.
Once
the formula is written and your agreement for receiving the formula is
made, all herbal formula fees are to be sent to the paypal account; or you can pay the full cost of your order in the beginning of consultation.
Your
request for slow or fast shipping must be agreed on before the formula
is shipped so as to cover proper shipping charges. If there is a need to
return the formula for any reason on your behalf, you, the patient,
will incur the shipping charges.
